Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage structural restoration and repair projects across New York City.
Oversee project teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
Conduct and coordinate forensic engineering investigations to assess building conditions and develop repair strategies.
Manage projects involving building envelope restoration, FISP compliance, and parking garage restoration (LL126).
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
5-10 years of experience in structural restoration and repair projects.
Demonstrated experience managing project teams.
Strong background in building envelope restoration, FISP projects, and parking garage restoration (LL126) is highly preferred.
PE license in New York is strongly preferred, or clear track toward obtaining licensure.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
