The company is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of commercial and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of commercial and infrastructure construction projects
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control throughout all stages of the project
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and maintain clear communication with clients
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in underground utility installation, road and bridge construction, or civil engineering sectors
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry tools and project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence and delivering projects on time and within budget
Additional Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices
PMP certification or OSHA certifications are a plus
