This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning and management of personnel and labor-related systems, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and driving improvements in payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage personnel and labor-related systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee time and attendance management and payroll operations, including identifying and implementing improvements.
- Operate the safety and health committee, and establish and manage the safety and health management system.
- Plan and implement labor-related education and training programs.
- Manage overseas labor relations.
- Maintain and update personnel-related rules and regulations.
- Support labor affairs-related audits.
- Provide overall management of the HR and labor affairs team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR payroll and social insurance within a business enterprise.
- Proven experience in managing a team, regardless of size.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Fluent in business English and Japanese.
