Overview
A leading distributed renewable energy platform is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join its Investment & Structured Finance team. Backed by institutional capital and operating a large, nationwide portfolio, the firm develops, owns, and manages commercial-scale solar and storage assets across multiple U.S. markets.
This role offers hands-on exposure to acquisitions, structured transactions, and project finance across a diverse pipeline of operating assets and development-stage projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support origination, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of project and portfolio acquisitions across distributed solar assets
  • Perform financial modeling, investment underwriting, and detailed due diligence on new opportunities
  • Assist in negotiating transaction documents including term sheets, purchase agreements, tax equity structures, power purchase agreements, and site leases
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, construction, legal, and accounting teams throughout transaction lifecycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and strategic partners to source and advance opportunities
  • Navigate federal, state, and local regulations, incentive programs, and utility requirements across key solar markets
  • Support the structuring and execution of complex financing arrangements, including tax equity and other capital solutions
  • Track and secure applicable incentives and ensure compliance throughout project development and closing

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or transaction execution
  • Exposure to project finance, renewable energy, or infrastructure investing preferred
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities
