Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC programming. This role will be primarily based in our Exeter/Stratham, New Hampshire facility, with occasional workdays at our Sterling, Massachusetts office and nearby customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, program, and troubleshoot industrial control systems, with a focus on Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal, S7, etc.)
Integrate and support various automation equipment and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and reliability
Perform onsite commissioning, testing, and support as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
2-4 years of experience in controls or automation engineering
Proficiency in Siemens PLCs is required
Experience with other PLC platforms (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel locally (1-2 days/week)
