- Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Material- und Fremdleistungsanfragen sowie Verhandlungen
- Unterstützung der Projekt- und Bauleitung; Erstellung und Pflege von Terminplänen
- Konzepte für Baustelleneinrichtung und Bauabläufe ausarbeiten
- Personal-, Maschinen- und Gerätedisposition
- Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenleistungen
- Interne und externe Projektdokumentation
- Teilnahme an Besprechungen mit Auftraggebern und Partnern
- Nutzung gängiger Softwaretools (RIB iTwo, Tilos, MS Project, CAD)
PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Tunnel-/Ingenieurbau
- Kalkulationskenntnisse von Vorteil
- Technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig, teamorientiert
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Tilos, iTwo, MS Project, CAD wünschenswert
