Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Land Development Professional Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
- Understanding of local regulations, zoning, and permitting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage land development projects from conceptual planning through construction.
- Prepare, review, and oversee the design of site civil plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, erosion control, and roadway design.
- Coordinate with surveyors, environmental consultants, architects, planners, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Develop project budgets, scopes, schedules, and proposals.
