Job Title: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Consistently ranked as one of the top design firms in the nation, they offer an exceptional work environment. This firm is looking to expand its Martinsburg, WV office, and is looking for an engineer with 8+ years of experience in Land Development.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Civil Engineering
  • P. E License
  • Minimum of 8 Years of Experience in Land Development (residential or commercial).
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Strong Technical Design Experience.
  • Knowledge within the West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia area that is related to land development.
  • Based in Martinsburg, WV, or willing to relocate/commute.

Brief Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage project teams to create plans for land development projects.
  • Able to perform quality control, client interfacing, and budgeting.
  • Can mentor and supervise junior engineers.
  • Review the design aspects, including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, and water quality.
  • Interact with clients, contractors, and local government.
  • Able to manage projects from beginning to end - impact the whole project from conception, regulatory review process, bidding, and construction.
