Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-12 years of experience in land development, site/civil engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of Texas land development regulations, permitting processes, and utility coordination.
- Demonstrated ambition and motivation to grow your career, take ownership, and build leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to different market segments and manage a variety of responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
