Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a small, highly integrated team across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5-12 years of experience in land development, site/civil engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of Texas land development regulations, permitting processes, and utility coordination.
  • Demonstrated ambition and motivation to grow your career, take ownership, and build leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different market segments and manage a variety of responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
