This nationally recognized Architecture firm is seeking their next Interior Designer to join their vibrant team in the Portland Area. This studio empowers designers in creating their own vision, while elevating the firm's success, and driving passion for community growth and art through storytelling.
Your role
- Co-lead with the Studio Director on project scope, design and planning.
- Develop compelling presentations and narrative-driven storytelling that bring community-focused design concepts to life to clients and stakeholders.
- Innovate and oversee narrative design solutions rooted for brand, context and human experience.
- Oversee and support other designers through the creation, design, material selections and visual presentations.
- Build strong clientele and support the overall success and delivery of the firm's projects and business development.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in interior design
- 6+ years of experience in commercial interior design, with exposure to residential communities, senior living, multifamily, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and interior detailing/documentation.
- Strong grasp of all project phases - from concept development to construction administration.
- A passion for narrative storytelling, thoughtful materiality, and creating environments that reflect lived experience.
