We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Jacksonville, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, organisation, resource management, and execution to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, city officials, private sector stakeholders, and commercial land development clients.
- Ensure projects meet established processes, schedules, budgets, design criteria, and technical standards.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Work alongside senior management to expand market presence in Northeast Florida.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong connections with clients, regulatory agencies, and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in land development design or construction management, particularly in the Northeast Florida market.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Ability to independently manage projects and apply engineering expertise across various project types.
- Established relationships with residential/commercial developers, architects, municipal staff, and regulatory agencies.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and best practices.
- Effective project management skills are preferred.
