The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Development Project Manager to lead complex residential and mixed-use development projects throughout Florida. This senior-level role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to leverage deep technical knowledge and leadership skills while working alongside top-tier clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, permitting, and construction phases of large-scale residential land development projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet quality and profitability goals.
Oversee and mentor project teams, including engineers, designers, and junior project managers.
Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of client relationships and the firm's market presence.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal land development regulations and permitting requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in land development, with a strong emphasis on residential and mixed-use projects.
Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
In-depth knowledge of Florida's development regulations, permitting processes, and residential infrastructure design.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
