The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Development Project Manager to lead complex residential and mixed-use development projects throughout Florida. This senior-level role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to leverage deep technical knowledge and leadership skills while working alongside top-tier clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, permitting, and construction phases of large-scale residential land development projects.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet quality and profitability goals.

  • Oversee and mentor project teams, including engineers, designers, and junior project managers.

  • Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of client relationships and the firm's market presence.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal land development regulations and permitting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in land development, with a strong emphasis on residential and mixed-use projects.

  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of Florida's development regulations, permitting processes, and residential infrastructure design.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
