Position Title: Landscape Designer I

Location: Denver, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $65,000 - $78,000 annually


About the Role

A dynamic design firm is seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Designer to join its Denver-based team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, design, and visualization skills to support a variety of landscape architecture projects. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to conceptual design and design development phases
  • Create site analysis diagrams and visual graphics
  • Assist in preparing site plans, 3D renderings, and presentation materials
  • Support the production of construction documentation
  • Participate in construction administration and site observation
  • Coordinate with consultants and clients throughout the design process
  • Work on diverse project types including parks, mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, and educational campuses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in landscape design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, and hand graphics
  • Experience with Rhino, LandFX, Enscape3D, and Revit is a plus
  • Familiarity with park and campus design is advantageous
