Salary Range: $65,000 - $78,000 annually
About the Role
A dynamic design firm is seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Designer to join its Denver-based team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, design, and visualization skills to support a variety of landscape architecture projects. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to conceptual design and design development phases
- Create site analysis diagrams and visual graphics
- Assist in preparing site plans, 3D renderings, and presentation materials
- Support the production of construction documentation
- Participate in construction administration and site observation
- Coordinate with consultants and clients throughout the design process
- Work on diverse project types including parks, mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, and educational campuses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
- 3-5 years of professional experience in landscape design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, and hand graphics
- Experience with Rhino, LandFX, Enscape3D, and Revit is a plus
- Familiarity with park and campus design is advantageous
