We are expanding our structural engineering division and seeking a Senior Lead Structural Engineer to help lead this exciting phase of growth.
About the Role
As a Senior Lead Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating directly with clients. You'll be a technical leader within the structural division, contributing your expertise to a diverse portfolio of projects that span both new construction and the rehabilitation of existing structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through construction
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance on a wide range of building and infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices to deliver integrated design solutions
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineers within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience
- Proven experience with both new construction and existing structure evaluations
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
