Live Event Project Manager - Los Angeles, CA
We are looking for a highly skilled Live Event Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex corporate events. This role requires a strong background in video production and AV technology, combined with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. You will manage projects from initial concept through post-event delivery, ensuring flawless execution and an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end production for corporate meetings, conferences, and brand activations.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines; ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for AV, staging, lighting, scenic design, and video production.
- Manage video workflows including pre-production planning, live streaming, and post-event editing.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and providing proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead on-site operations, including technical rehearsals, crew management, and troubleshooting under pressure.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational best practices.
- Monitor financial performance and apply cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in live event project management, with a focus on corporate events.
- Hands-on experience with video production and AV technologies.
