Managing Director - Disputes & Investigations

Overview:
A leading global advisory firm is seeking a highly accomplished Partner to join its Disputes & Investigations practice in the US. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a professional with deep expertise in forensic investigations, litigation support, and regulatory matters, and a proven ability to drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complex investigations involving fraud, corruption, regulatory breaches, and commercial disputes.
• Act as expert witness in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Deliver forensic accounting, valuation, and damages quantification services.
• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with law firms, corporate clients, and regulators.
• Drive strategic business development and contribute to thought leadership.
• Collaborate with global teams on cross-border engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in disputes, investigations, or forensic consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to generate at least $3 million in annual revenue through client relationships and project delivery.
• Recognised expertise in litigation support, forensic accounting, or regulatory investigations.
• Strong network within legal, regulatory, and corporate communities.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
• Experience in international arbitration, digital forensics, or cyber risk is advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
