Backed by a highly successful product and technology team, the organization is now ready to establish its U.S. EPC operations and is looking for a dynamic leader to drive this strategic growth initiative.
The Opportunity
This is a foundational executive role - the first EPC hire in the U.S. - serving as Managing Director of North America for the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division. Acting as a Regional CEO, the successful candidate will lead the launch and expansion of EPC operations across the United States.
This role will be customer-facing, focused on building strategic relationships, driving business development, and assembling a high-performing EPC team to deliver full life cycle transmission projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the U.S. T&D EPC growth strategy
- Serve as the primary customer-facing executive for utilities and infrastructure clients
- Build and lead a regional EPC team across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management
- Oversee full project life cycle delivery - from bid to commissioning
- Manage regional P&L, ensuring profitability and operational excellence
- Collaborate with global product and technology teams to integrate proprietary solutions into U.S. projects
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with regulatory bodies
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Transmission & Distribution EPC, with a strong track record across the full project life cycle
- Direct experience in both engineering and construction of transmission line projects
- Proven P&L leadership and experience scaling regional or national operations
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with experience launching or growing a business unit or start-up
- Deep understanding of the U.S. utility and energy infrastructure market
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in or with international organizations is a plus
