＜主な業務＞
- 日本向けマーケティング戦略の企画・立案
- リード獲得施策（SEO、広告、ウェビナー、ホワイトペーパー等）の企画・実行
- 競合調査、ポジショニング検討
- 営業チームとの連携
- UKチームとの協業
- 戦略〜実行まで一貫して担う役割で、日本のマーケ基盤づくりを主導
■ 必要な経験・スキル
＜必須条件＞
- BtoB領域でのマーケティング経験（3年以上の目安）
- 営業など他部門と連携しながら成果を出した経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- 自ら優先順位を決め、動ける方
- 脱炭素・サステナビリティ領域への興味関心

- SaaS／ITサービスでのマーケティング経験
- SEO、広告運用、ウェビナー企画などのインバウンド施策経験

■ Role Overview
A global company providing solutions that support climate action and decarbonization efforts is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for the Japan business.
You will play a key role in shaping the Japan market presence-covering strategy development, execution, and collaboration across teams.
■ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Japan-focused marketing strategies
- Plan and run demand-generation initiatives (SEO, digital ads, webinars, whitepapers, etc.)
- Conduct competitive research and evaluate market positioning
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to drive pipeline growth
- Work closely with the UK marketing/design teams on campaigns and assets
- Lead the full cycle from strategy through execution, helping to establish the marketing foundation in Japan
■ Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales or Customer Success
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Ability to prioritize and operate independently
- Interest in sustainability, decarbonization, or climate-related fields
Nice-to-Have
- Marketing experience in SaaS or IT services
- Hands-on experience in inbound channels (SEO, ads, webinars, content)
- Experience using MA/CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience in PR, press releases, or content creation
- English communication skills (reading, writing, conversation)
