What You'll Do
Lead People, Not Just Projects
- Take the lead on a growing mechanical team-mentoring, developing, and empowering engineers at multiple levels
- Drive team performance through smart resource planning and clear direction
- Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture
Own Technical Delivery
- Lead the design and execution of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across diverse building types
- Serve as a technical authority-reviewing designs, ensuring quality, and guiding complex decisions
- Step into the Engineer of Record role on key projects
- Solve real-world engineering challenges while maintaining consistency across deliverables
Be a Key Voice on Projects
- Work directly with clients to define project goals and deliver winning solutions
- Collaborate across disciplines and offices-bringing teams together to get projects over the line
- Play a key role in proposals, scopes, and strategic project planning
Drive Quality & Performance
- Keep projects on track-balancing technical excellence with schedule and budget
- Promote continuous improvement in how projects are designed and delivered
- Ensure alignment with internal quality standards and best practices
Push Innovation Forward

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of mechanical design and project delivery experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems and building design
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering tools
- A proven ability to lead teams, influence projects, and communicate effectively
