The Role
This is an opportunity for a mid-level Medical Equipment Planner to join a growing national team supporting healthcare projects primarily across the Central and Eastern United States. The role is fully remote, with travel to client sites as projects require.
You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and documenting medical equipment for a range of healthcare environments. Working alongside senior planners and project leaders, you will help ensure equipment solutions align with clinical workflows, project budgets, and construction timelines.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in medical equipment planning who is ready to take on more responsibility, greater client exposure, and increasingly complex projects.
Responsibilities
Support planning and coordination of medical equipment for healthcare construction and renovation projects
Develop equipment lists, specifications, and budget documentation
Collaborate with clinical users to understand workflow and equipment needs
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate equipment into design documents
Participate in equipment planning meetings, user group sessions, and project reviews
Assist with equipment procurement support and installation planning
Conduct site visits to verify conditions and support project milestones
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking throughout the project lifecycle
