Responsibilities
- Support and lead medical equipment planning across the full project lifecycle
- Work alongside clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams throughout all phases
- Develop detailed equipment plans during programming and design development stages
- Coordinate procurement activities including pricing, submittals, and documentation
- Assist with logistics planning, delivery coordination, and on-site equipment placement
- Maintain consistent presence across project sites in the DFW area
- Contribute to client management and ongoing relationship development
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in healthcare equipment planning or related project management
- Strong understanding of medical equipment workflows and healthcare environments
- Experience supporting healthcare construction or capital projects
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including office and site presence
- Based in DFW or open to relocating / commuting with flexibility on office attendance
- Revit or BIM experience is beneficial but not essential
