Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead medical equipment planning across the full project lifecycle
  • Work alongside clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams throughout all phases
  • Develop detailed equipment plans during programming and design development stages
  • Coordinate procurement activities including pricing, submittals, and documentation
  • Assist with logistics planning, delivery coordination, and on-site equipment placement
  • Maintain consistent presence across project sites in the DFW area
  • Contribute to client management and ongoing relationship development

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in healthcare equipment planning or related project management
  • Strong understanding of medical equipment workflows and healthcare environments
  • Experience supporting healthcare construction or capital projects
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including office and site presence
  • Based in DFW or open to relocating / commuting with flexibility on office attendance
  • Revit or BIM experience is beneficial but not essential
