Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning and management: Plan, supervise, and manage all MEP works, ensuring they are executed on schedule and within budget.
- Technical oversight: Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and design reports for MEP services.
- Coordination: Liaise with contractors, consultants, site teams, and other project disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Installation and testing: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP equipment like HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and baggage handling systems.
- Problem-solving: Provide technical support and resolve on-site MEP issues as they arise.
- Quality and safety: Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Reporting and documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, cost estimates, and manage project documentation and records.
- Qualifications
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an MEP Manager or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of construction processes and MEP systems.
- Skills:
- Project management skills, including budget and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering software like AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
