About the Role:
A leading Real Estate Owner's Representative firm is seeking a seasoned MEP Owner's Rep Project Manager to join their team and oversee mission-critical MEP systems on large-scale Data Center or Heavy Industrial developments. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components are executed to the highest standards and align with the owner's vision and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the real estate ownership team and project stakeholders for all MEP-related matters.
- Oversee and report on the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the ownership group.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience managing MEP systems on Data Center or Heavy Industrial projects.
- Proven track record as an Owner's Rep or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of MEP design, construction, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Central Ohio or currently based in the region.
