About the Role:
Looking for an experienced and driven MEP/Electrical Superintendent to help lead field operations on a high-profile data center project in Cedar Rapids. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background in electrical systems within mission-critical facilities.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all on-site MEP/Electrical construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to project specs, safety protocols, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Conduct inspections, manage quality control, and maintain daily reports.
- Resolve technical issues and keep the project on track.
Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, ideally in data centers or similar environments.
- Proven leadership in a Superintendent or Foreman role.
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel to other project sites as needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
