MEP Superintendent - Travelling
We are working with a leading General Contractor that has a strong pipeline of mission-critical projects across the U.S. They are looking to bring on a Travelling MEP Superintendent to support the delivery of large-scale data center builds.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading all MEP field operations on site, ensuring systems are installed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. This is a site-based, travelling position working on complex data center projects across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all MEP installation activities from early works through to commissioning
- Coordinate subcontractors across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls
- Drive programme on site, ensuring milestones are met and delays are minimised
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commissioning teams
- Manage quality control and ensure installations meet design specifications
- Lead site safety initiatives and enforce best practices across all MEP trades
- Support commissioning, testing, and client handover
What They're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience as an MEP Superintendent or Senior MEP Foreman
- Strong background working for a General Contractor on large projects
- Data center, mission-critical, or highly technical project experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors across complex scopes
- Comfortable working in a travelling role (rotational or full-time travel)
- Strong communication and leadership skills on site
