- 認証関連のレポート作成・品質管理

Position Title: Operations Manager - Certification Division
Location: Tokyo (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office per week)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee certification operations (Food, Healthcare, GHG, etc.)
- Manage and train a team of 10~15
- Support sales team (no direct sales responsibilities)
- Coordinate with APAC teams (weekly meetings)
- Ensure quality and reporting for certification processes
Requirements:
- Experience in certification or third-party verification
- Team management experience (any team size)
- Business-level English (meetings and email communication)
- Knowledge in sustainability, GHG, food or healthcare sectors is a plus
