Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 + Benefits
An established international project management and advisory firm is launching its Owner's Representative business in the United States and has secured a major hyperscale data center program in Kansas City.
As part of the firm's early US growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as an Owner's Representative, overseeing project delivery on behalf of the client and serving as a key link between ownership, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Represent the owner's interests throughout planning, design, procurement, and construction.
- Lead project controls, schedule management, cost management, and change management activities.
- Coordinate contractors, design teams, utility providers, and permitting agencies.
- Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, and key milestones.
- Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Support the successful delivery of a large-scale data center development program.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial, or energy projects.
- Experience as an Owner's Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or client-side delivery lead.
- Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and risk management.
- Experience with site development, utilities, mass grading, or campus-scale construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- PMP, CCM, PE, LEED, or OSHA certifications are advantageous.
