Senior Survey Project Manager - Land Development

This is a leadership role for a seasoned professional who thrives on autonomy, strategic thinking, and client engagement. You'll serve as the key point of contact, orchestrating all aspects of projects while mentoring teams and ensuring precision at every stage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation of advanced Land Survey Plans: Boundary Retracement, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Right-of-Way, Easements, Subdivisions, and Construction Layout.
- Act as the primary client liaison, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to field crews and office staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Oversee project lifecycle-from initial research to final plan delivery-with full accountability for budgets and deadlines.
- Drive innovation through proficiency in Civil 3D and emerging survey technologies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive land surveying experience.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred; multi-state licensure is a plus.
- Expertise in surveying mathematics, legal principles, and advanced technologies (Leica, 3D Laser Scanning experience is a bonus).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines with confidence.
