Open Positions - Water Wastewater Project Managers & Superintendents (Multiple Locations)
We are hiring experienced Project Managers and Superintendents for multiple openings across Phoenix, AZ and other locations (Nevada, Colorado), with some travel required. These positions are critical for delivering complex water and wastewater treatment plant projects and related infrastructure.
About the Roles: We have 2-3 openings for both Project Managers and Superintendents. These roles involve leading large-scale projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction activities for treatment plants, lift stations, pump stations, and mechanical piping systems.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project milestones.
- Drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
- Strong background in mechanical piping, lift stations, and pump stations.
- Proven leadership and ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with construction management software.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $160,000, based on experience.
