Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for surveying operations across the region, ensuring teams are aligned with company goals, standards, and growth initiatives.
- Mentor and support office-level survey leaders, helping drive technical excellence, professional development, and team performance.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans for surveying services.
- Coordinate survey resources and workload across multiple offices to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered efficiently.
- Promote consistency in project execution, deliverables, quality standards, and best practices throughout the region.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, leverage emerging technologies, and implement innovative solutions that enhance survey operations.
- Support recruiting efforts, workforce planning, and talent development to build and maintain strong technical teams.
- Partner with leadership on operational planning, staffing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
- Serve as a technical resource for business development efforts, client relationships, and pursuit activities throughout the region.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and professional surveying standards.

Qualifications
- Active Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience within the land surveying industry.
- Demonstrated success leading survey teams, operations, and multi-office initiatives.
- Strong understanding of surveying practices, project delivery, technology, and industry trends.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven project management and organizational abilities, with experience balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operational performance, staffing, and growth strategies.
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
