Are you a seasoned environmental engineer with a passion for remediation and a drive to lead impactful projects across Southern California? We're looking for a Principal Environmental Engineer to join our growing team in Irvine, CA.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of complex remedial systems, including ISCO, Vapor Intrusion Mitigation Systems (VIMs), and Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE).
- Navigate and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and securing new investigation and remediation clients throughout Southern California.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic planning and technical leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California (required).
- 10+ years of experience in environmental engineering, with a strong focus on site investigation and remediation.
- Deep knowledge of California environmental regulations and federal environmental laws
- Proven experience designing and managing ISCO, VIMs, and SVE systems.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of client engagement and business development.
