Job Title: Principal Seller/Doer - Environmental Remediation

Location: Northeast Office Locations (NYC, NY, Isandia, NY, Burlington, MA, all NJ)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Seller/Doer to join our team in one of our Northeast office locations (NY, CT, or MA). The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in environmental remediation and Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and will be capable of generating a minimum of $300,000 in work. This position will involve managing and mentoring a team or potentially an entire office, making managerial and leadership skills highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and generate a minimum of $300,000 in environmental remediation and ESA-related work.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.

  • Oversee and perform Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and environmental remediation projects.

  • Manage and mentor a team of environmental professionals, fostering their professional growth and development.

  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.

  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant environmental regulations and standards.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in the environmental space, with a focus on environmental remediation and Phase I & II ESAs.

  • Proven track record of generating business and bringing in at least $300,000 in work.

  • Strong technical expertise in environmental remediation and ESAs.

  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills with experience managing teams or offices.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as PE, PG, LEP, LSP, LSRP or similar.

  • Experience working in the Northeast region.
