About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager with strong Business Development and Project Management capabilities to lead the development and deployment of AI infrastructure solutions in the water industry. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and infrastructure innovation

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-powered infrastructure solutions tailored to water utilities, treatment facilities, and smart water networks.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to build scalable, user-centric AI products.
  • Translate market needs and customer feedback into actionable product features and enhancements.

Business Development

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with utilities, municipalities, and technology providers.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and channel development.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote AI solutions.

Project Management

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
  • Implement agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the water, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record in business development and managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and IoT applications in infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Business Development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with smart city, infrastructure DX, or AI/ML-based technologies
  • Fluency or strong proficiency in English (for internal communication with global teams)
  • Prior experience working with or selling to local governments or public utilities
  • Background in engineering, urban development, consulting, or a related technical domain
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a start-up environment
  • Existing network in the infrastructure, water, or government sectors is a strong plus
