About the Role
We are seeking a talented Production Designer to join our team and bring creative visions to life for high-profile corporate events. This role requires a strong eye for design, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate concepts into detailed plans that ensure flawless event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop event layouts, stage designs, and scenic elements for corporate events, conferences, and live experiences.
- Create detailed CAD drawings and Vectorworks renderings for production and fabrication teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand event objectives and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, budget constraints, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with vendors and production crews to oversee implementation and maintain design integrity.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance event aesthetics and functionality.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD and Vectorworks (mandatory).
- Strong portfolio showcasing event design and production work.
- Experience in corporate events, live experiences, or experiential marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Event Design, Technical Theatre, Architecture, or related field.
- Familiarity with rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience working with large-scale events and scenic builds.
