Programmer
We are a group of electrical engineers and system integrators that specialize in the design and implementation of industrial control systems. We are unique from a standard software engineering job in that you will be working on real life processes that monitor and control industrial systems. This includes time outside the office on-site assisting in start-ups and bringing these systems to life. We are seeking a Programmer and an Electrical Engineer to become an integral part of our team! We work in a unique and exciting industry that makes impacts on the physical world through automation. These position(s) require good communication skills and is able to work without constant oversight.

Qualifications
- Programmer Experience:
Previous experience in programming, software development, or other related fields. Knowledge of Java, Python, or other programming languages, Fundamental knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL, PPython, Jython and Java; Oracle, and SQL Server. UI and Web Development a plus, but not required. Knowledge of industrial controls systems preferred (PLCS, SCADA, HMI), not required and can be taught on the job. Ability to self-teach and be self-motivated.
- Electrical Engineer Experience:
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills (e.g., negotiation, listening, cooperation, tact, diplomacy) to build strong relationships. Capable of working efficiently with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal staff.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Quantitative skills (e.g., analytical, technical, problem solving).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Attitude: Must have a positive, can-do attitude that embraces challenges and opportunities
- Work Ethic: Committed to work hard and smart as team player
