Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Architect with 5-10 years of professional experience who can take ownership of projects from concept through completion. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident managing all phases of design and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects independently and with a team, from initial design concepts to construction administration.
- Develop and manage design solutions that align with client goals, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and presentations.
- Oversee code compliance, zoning requirements, and permitting processes.
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm professionally in meetings.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in architecture, with a proven ability to manage projects independently.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software; familiarity with visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Licensure as a Registered Architect preferred (or actively pursuing).
