Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will lead complex, mission-critical data center projects from concept through completion. You'll manage client relationships, oversee project teams, and ensure technical excellence across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple data center projects (4-10 at a time, ~18-month duration each)
- Oversee all project phases: design, documentation, and delivery
- Direct staffing plans and financial budgets
- Serve as primary client-facing leader
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure precision and quality
- Hands-on involvement in Revit production as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (required)
- Proficiency in Revit and willingness to be hands-on
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Experience managing budgets and staffing
- Demonstrated client leadership and communication skills
Not a Fit If You:
- Come from a construction PM background
- Are focused on multi-family or wood-frame projects
- Require visa sponsorship or relocation assistance
- Prefer remote/hybrid work (role is fully in-office)
- Are not licensed or pursuing licensure
Project Types
- Mission Critical: Data centers only
- Background in commercial, healthcare, or labs is a plus
- 80/20 Split: 80% technical data hall, 20% office space
