Project Director - Mission Critical
A nationally recognised, employee-focused builder is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale mission critical projects across the United States. This role will provide executive oversight across multiple projects and teams, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through commissioning while building strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
The Role
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large-scale mission critical projects.
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Act as the primary executive point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
Partner closely with operations, preconstruction, and field leadership teams.
Drive project performance, risk management, procurement strategy, and contract administration.
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and emerging leaders.
Support business development efforts and help expand the company's mission critical presence.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of construction management experience with a leading general contractor.
Proven experience delivering large, complex mission critical & data center projects.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multiple project teams and stakeholders.
Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
