🔹 What You'll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of Mission Critical and Data Center projects - from preconstruction through closeout.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Fortune 500 clients, hyperscalers, and enterprise tech leaders.
- Lead cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and construction professionals.
- Drive operational excellence, safety, and profitability across multiple concurrent projects.
- Mentor rising talent and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
