About the Role

The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands‑on FISP experience, strong project management capability, and the confidence to liaise directly with building owners, contractors, and design teams. You'll oversee projects from initial assessment through construction close‑out, ensuring compliance, quality, and smooth communication at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing FISP/LL11 inspections, reporting, and restoration projects across NYC

  • Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners

  • Reviewing drawings, reports, and technical documentation

  • Conducting site visits, assessments, and facade investigations

  • Ensuring DOB compliance and supporting permit/filing processes

  • Leading internal teams and supporting junior staff development

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in FISP/LL11 inspections, facade restoration, or building envelope work

  • 2+ years of project management experience in New York

  • Strong understanding of facade systems and restoration methodologies

  • Experience coordinating with contractors and managing client relationships

  • Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) in New York- or actively pursuing licensure

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Work on high‑visibility facade projects across NYC

  • Join a team known for technical rigor and collaborative culture

  • Clear pathway toward senior leadership as the firm continues to grow
