Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead hydropower plant projects from planning to delivery.
水力発電プラントのプロジェクトを企画から納品までリードするプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。

You will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders.
社内外の関係者と連携し、部門横断型チームを統括していただきます。

This role is based in Kawasaki and focuses on projects across Japan and Southeast Asia.
勤務地は川崎で、日本および東南アジアを中心としたプロジェクトを担当します。

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery

• プロジェクトの全工程（企画・実行・納品）を管理

• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation

• 予算・スケジュール・リスク管理を実施

• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients

• 社内部門および顧客との調整業務

• Lead technical meetings and ensure quality standards

• 技術会議を主導し、品質基準を確保

• Interface with suppliers, contractors, and overseas partners

• サプライヤー、施工業者、海外パートナーとの連携

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale engineering or plant projects

• 大規模なエンジニアリングまたはプラントプロジェクトの管理経験

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• 高いコミュニケーション能力と調整力

• Fluent Japanese; basic English proficiency

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上、英語：基礎レベル以上

• Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred

• 電気または機械系の技術的バックグラウンドがあれば尚可

• Experience with rotating machinery or power systems is a plus

• 回転機器や電力システムの経験があれば歓迎
