The Project Manager will be responsible for...
- Overseeing the day-to-day coordination of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, and stormwater pollution prevention plans
- Lead the planning and feasibility studies, geometric design schematics, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for development projects
- Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects
The Project Manager should have…
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- PE License in California
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Fluency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
