What You'll Do:
- Lead multiple deep foundation projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources across diverse urban and suburban sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Drive innovation and problem-solving in challenging ground conditions.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of project management experience in geotechnical construction.
- Strong knowledge of deep foundation techniques and ground engineering.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel across NJ and NY as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
