About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) construction projects. In this role, you will oversee complex utility infrastructure initiatives involving overhead and underground distribution, transmission line construction, substations, and grid‑modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project execution for T&D construction projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management.
  • Coordinate with engineering, field crews, utility partners, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, construction schedules, outage coordination plans, and resource forecasts.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, environmental requirements, and utility specifications.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage change orders, contract administration, and financial tracking.
  • Foster strong relationships with utility clients, regulatory agencies, landowners, and community partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing Transmission & Distribution, power delivery, or utility infrastructure projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of T&D construction methods, permitting processes, utility standards, and grid operations.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
