Position Summary
The Project Manager will lead the execution of parking garage restoration and rehabilitation projects throughout the New York and New Jersey region. Working closely with clients, property managers, subcontractors, and internal operations teams, this individual will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will come from a specialty contracting, restoration, concrete repair, waterproofing, façade restoration, or general contracting background and have experience managing field-driven construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple parking structure restoration and repair projects simultaneously.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel throughout project execution.
- Oversee concrete restoration, waterproofing, coating, expansion joint, structural repair, and related rehabilitation scopes.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Review subcontractor proposals and negotiate project costs.
- Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, schedules, and project documentation.
- Track project financial performance, forecasting, and profitability.
- Review subcontractor invoices and prepare owner billings.
- Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, property managers, and contractors.
- Resolve field challenges while maintaining project schedules and client satisfaction.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract documents and company standards.
