This opportunity is ideal for an architectural professional with 5-15 years of experience who enjoys balancing project management, technical leadership, client interaction, and team coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through construction while working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Position Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases of design and construction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project teams and coordinate efforts between architects, designers, consultants, and contractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans
- Facilitate communication among clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee design development and production of construction documents
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of project deliverables
- Coordinate construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations
- Participate in project pursuits, proposals, presentations, and client development efforts
- Mentor and support junior staff and emerging professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 5-15 years of architectural experience preferred
- Architectural licensure preferred
- Candidates actively pursuing licensure will also be considered
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading project teams
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and project delivery processes
- Experience developing and maintaining client relationships
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Revit preferred
