The Project Manager/Executive will be responsible for…
- Managing the day-to-day operations and overall scope of assigned projects.
- Leading the execution and delivery of HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
- Coordinating efforts between engineering, purchasing, accounting, construction, and service teams.
- Supporting business development efforts through estimating, conceptual design, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
The Project Manager/Executive should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing HVAC and/or plumbing construction projects.
- Experience overseeing projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale commercial construction efforts.
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
