A growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its Civil Land Development team in Jacksonville. The team is looking for an engineer who can bridge the gap between junior staff and senior leadership, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and project leadership while remaining involved in the design process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects from planning through construction.
- Lead project teams, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
- Prepare and review civil engineering designs, plans, and technical documents.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and business development efforts.
- Support the continued growth and success of the Jacksonville office.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 6-8 years of civil engineering experience.
- Experience managing projects and/or leading engineering teams.
- Strong background in private land development projects.
- Hands-on site development design experience.
- Proven ability to mentor and support junior staff.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
