A leading theme park resort is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join the team. This role is critical due to upcoming project demands. The ideal candidate will support the business strengthen internal delivery capabilities on high-profile, complex construction and infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
- Manage multiple capital projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $5m to $75m
- Lead contract development and administration across assigned projects
- Coordinate with and communicate with general contractors, subcontractors, architects and design teams
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Drive project timelines and help influence delivery outcomes
Key requirements of the Project Manager include:
- Experience managing or supporting projects with contracts valued at $5m+
- Strong background in in construction, engineering and capital projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
- Experience managing capital construction projects from concept through completion.
Experience with project scheduling software, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools preferred.
