Job Description: Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the water and wastewater treatment sector. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment plants.
